Our Returns Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Socks
- Sports Bras
- Bottles & Hydration Packs

Initiate Your Return
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Receive Return Authorization
We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 48 hours. - Ship Your Return

Return Shipping Options
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend:
- Tracked Service: Use a carrier that provides tracking (DHL, FedEx, or EMS)
- Insurance: Consider insuring your return package
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or style):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with options.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange a free return and expedited replacement
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
