Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipping)
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days delivery after shipping)
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.
Our Returns Promise
We stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Socks
- Sports Bras
- Bottles & Hydration Packs
Simple 3-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
2. Receive Return Authorization
We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 48 hours.
3. Ship Your Return
Package your item securely with the RMA number visible on the package. Ship to:

Return Shipping Options
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked service (DHL, FedEx, or EMS)
- Consider insuring your return package
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued
Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or style):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with options.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange a free return and expedited replacement
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
